1: Create a new .bat file. This can be done by changing the file extension or using "Save As".
2: Add contents to it.
3: Run it.

Windows 7+; requires Command Prompt
Allows you to create a new administrator account, bypassing restrictions.
1: Open Command Prompt.
2: Create a new user by running these commands: "net {username} /add" & "net localgroup administrators {username} /add".
3: Restart your computer.
4: Skip the account setup on Windows 7. Otherwise, allow Windows to set up the account.
PowerEXE
Windows 10+; requires Powershell
Allows you to run any executable file you want.
1: Open Windows Powershell & run “cd (exelocation)”.
2: Run “Copy .\filename C:\Windows\Temp\exefilename”.
3: Run “C:\Windows\Temp\exefilename”.
UtilCMD
Windows 7+
Enables the Command Prompt, allowing you to run commands.
1: Restart the computer via Power button.
2: Wait for the startup screen & select "Start Windows Normally", then press enter.
3: Restart via Power button again.
4: Select "Launch Startup Repair". If you don't see this option, repeat steps 1-4.
5: Click "Cancel" when prompted, then click the "View problem details" drop-down box.
6: Select "If the online privacy statement is not available..." to open Notepad.
7: In the Notepad window, open the computer's system files (system32) by clicking "Files", then "Open...".
8: Change all the file types you can see.
9: Replace Ultility Manager with Command Prompt by renaming the Utilman to "Utilman1", then coping the "cmd" file & renaming it "Utilman".
10: Close the remaining windows, then click "Cancel" in the Startup Repair window & click "Yes" when prompted.
